Our Process
In about 5-7 weeks from your invoice date, the ring will be shipped to your doorstep. From there, your custom Celui Ring is officially yours! Our job might be over once you receive the ring, but Celui is always here to help with insurance, questions, & wedding bands!
4. Time to Propose
From there, your expert will hand-select diamonds that fit your styles and budget. You will be able to go over each diamond in detail to ensure that you are confident in your decision. Then you will be able to select custom settings and bands to make the ring unique to your partner. Once your ring is absolutely perfect, our team will take over in the creation process.
3. Ring Creation + Selection
After deciding to take the next step in your journey with us, you can set up a consultation call with a diamond expert. In this call, you can ask all your questions and talk about diamond styles, shapes, and prices. They will be there to guide you in the right direction of budget, styles and anything else you are interested in. Your expert will then be crafting your ring with you from start to finish.
2. Meet with The Experts
Before meeting with our team, you will fill out a short, detailed form to give us a little insight into what you are looking for. That way, our experts can come to the consultation with information and products selected specifically for you. After submitting your inquiry, Celui will email you our custom educational booklet to give you a little insight on the chemistry of a diamond, so you feel educated before your call.

Once your piece is ready for shipment, we will email you with tracking information. All jewelry requires signature upon delivery (purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with a package returned to Celui due to several failed delivery attempts).

All jewelry shipments require signature upon delivery. Please know due to the value of the product this is not something we can waive.
Archive pieces are estimated to require a week for shipping processing time.
Classique pieces are "made to order" often requiring 2-4 weeks for production.
