Celui offers a complimentary 2 year limited warranty on all fine jewelry purchases. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including: loose diamonds or loose prongs, missing pavé stones, broken clasps and/or broken soft chain. Resizes are not included.

Once your piece is complete, we will email you with tracking information. All jewelry requires signature upon delivery (purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with a package returned to Celui due to several failed delivery attempts).

Average shipping times: Please note that our processing times still apply. 
Fed Ex Ground: 1-5 business days
FedEx 2-Day: 2 business days
FedEx Overnight: arrives the next business day by end of day

All jewelry shipments require signature upon delivery. Please know due to the value of the product this is not something we can waive.

All the pieces are "Custom made for you" and are estimated to require up to 4 weeks for production (average time is 2 weeks).
